BPI Capital Corporation is now offering the

RETAIL TREASURY BONDS (RTBs)
5.375% p.a. for 15 years
5.875% p.a. for 20 years

The Terms of the Offer and Timetable are as follows:
Issuer : Republic of the Philippines, through the Bureau of the Treasury
Instrument : Retail Treasury Bonds
Term : 15 and 20 years
Coupon Rate : 5.375% p.a. for 15 years
5.875% p.a. for 20 years
Coupon Payment : Quarterly
Principal Repayment : On maturity date
Taxation
:
Interest income is subject to 20% final WHT. All sums payable to tax-exempt
institutions (TEIs) shall be paid in full.
 
Timetable : Offer period - February 21-29, 2012
Issue date     - March 1, 2012
